The price list of services includes rates for individual orders realized in the B2C regime (supplier and end consumer).

1. Shipping and handling for transport within the Czech Republic

Shipping and handling for B2C orders (no limit)

K1 - 165 CZK (199.65 CZK incl. VAT) per shipment or tube with AL profiles regardless of length (max. 4.00 m)

2. Shipping and handling for transport within the Slovak Republic

K1 - 6.80 € excluding VAT per shipment or tube with AL profiles regardless of length (max. 4.00 m)

3. Further information regarding shipping and handling

3a. Shipping and handling for transport to other countries outside Slovakia

Governed by the valid transport conditions and price lists of international transport companies for the given country. The price of shipping and handling is always charged individually.

3b. Premium transport

Premium transport refers to orders requiring special transport – e.g., express transport, courier delivery, rail or air freight, etc.

3c. Premium packaging

The method of packaging and the packaging material used are determined by the seller. In case the buyer has specific requirements for packaging or chooses a form of their own transport, even in the case of ordered service, these can be ensured as a paid service.

3d. Supplementary dispatch – so-called "doposílky"

Based on the customer's instruction, it is possible to send an incomplete order/shipment containing only the currently available goods. The shipping price for an incomplete order/shipment is governed by the valid transport price list and the requirements in points 1 and 2. In the case of subsequent dispatch of goods from an order that were not in stock at the time of ordering or goods in the "on order" regime, the transport price may be charged according to a fixed tariff.

4. Cash on delivery fee

The cash on delivery fee is charged always, regardless of the order amount and also in the case of card payment.

5. Handling cancellation fee for the return of purchased goods (B2C):

Non-entrepreneurial customers ordering in the B2C regime are supported by the Civil Code. For B2C customers who withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days, it is not possible to charge any cancellation fee, and the seller must return the full amount for the purchase of the goods to the customer. However, by law, the company IDEAL TRADE Holding s.r.o. may reserve the right to compensation for costs associated with the transport of the returned goods.

In the case of a request for withdrawal from the purchase contract after the 14-day period, it is at the discretion of the company IDEAL TRADE Holding s.r.o. whether to accommodate the customer or not and under what conditions.

6. Electrical waste

The company IDEAL TRADE Holding s.r.o. is involved in the EKOLAMP collective system within the meaning of § 37h letter c) of Act No. 185/2001 Coll., on waste and amending certain other laws, as amended.

The company IDEAL TRADE Holding s.r.o. must, according to applicable legislation, charge a recycling fee for luminaires and other electrical equipment. Part of the new legislation valid from January 1, 2021, is a new obligation for manufacturers/distributors/last sellers of electrical equipment called VISIBLE RECYCLING CONTRIBUTION.

This obligation means that the buyer (i.e., distributor, last seller, consumer) must be informed about the amount of the recycling contribution that the manufacturer pays to the collective system.

This information must be separate from the product price, ideally stated on the receipt (similar to how VAT is stated). It will no longer be possible to hide the recycling contribution within the product price (as was possible until December 31, 2020). The amount of the stated recycling contribution must be the same (unchanging) throughout the entire supply chain, i.e., neither the distributor nor the last seller can spontaneously increase this contribution.

We reserve the right to adjust the amount of the recycling fee in accordance with applicable legislation and current rates set by authorized entities.
